Cusco 5-Day 4-Night Package: Machu Picchu, Sacred Valley and South Valley

Upon arrival, we will welcome you to transfer you to the hotel of your choice. In the assigned shift (morning 9:00 a.m. or afternoon 1:00 p.m.), we will start the City Tour. Accompanied by a professional guide, we will visit the Qoricancha (Temple of the Sun) and the colossal fortress of Sacsayhuamán. We will conclude the day exploring the Inca ceremonial and control centers: Qenqo, Puca Pucara and Tambomachay (end approx. 6:30 p.m.).

We start at 6:30 a.m. We will visit Chinchero (ancestral textile factory), the more than 3,000 pools of the Salineras de Maras and the circular agricultural laboratory of Moray. We will enjoy a buffet lunch in Urubamba before touring the Ollantaytambo fortress. In the afternoon, we will transfer you to the station to board the train to Aguas Calientes, where you will spend the night.

After breakfast, we will board the bus to the entrance of Machu Picchu. Our guide will accompany you through Circuit 2. We will ascend to the Guardian House for the classic photo and we will tour the Agricultural Terraces, the Plaza of the Temples and the Temple of the Three Windows for 2 hours. In the afternoon, we will take the train back to Ollantaytambo/Poroy, with final transfer to your hotel in Cusco (arrival approx. 10:00 p.m.).

We will pick you up at 8:30 a.m. to start the South Valley route. We will visit the advanced Inca hydraulic system of Tipón and explore the extensive pre-Inca urban center of Piquillacta (Wari culture). We will finish in Andahuaylillas to admire the Church of San Pedro, famous for its dazzling murals and ceilings bathed in gold leaf. We will return to Cusco at approximately 3:30 p.m.

After a good breakfast at your hotel, you will have free time to explore the city, visit the San Pedro Market, the Sapantiana Aqueduct or the 12 Angle Stone on your own. At the coordinated time, we will make the private transfer to the airport or land terminal for your return trip.
