    The Tour to the Mirador de Tres Cruces and Paucartambo is a night journey that unites the magic of the Andean world with the immensity of the Amazon jungle. You will experience one of the most extraordinary sunrises on the planet, where the sun seems to rise in three successive stages, bathing the sea of ​​clouds that covers the Manu Biosphere Reserve with colors.

    Places to Visit and Main Attractions:

    • Tres Cruces Viewpoint (3,700 m.a.s.l.): Known as the "Balcony of the East". It offers a unique panoramic view of the jungle. From May to July, you can see the famous "Dawn of the Three Suns", an unrepeatable optical and color spectacle.
    • Paucartambo (2,906 m.a.s.l.): Colonial-style town that serves as a natural bridge between the Andes and the jungle. Recognized as the capital of Cusco folklore, it preserves its stone streets and the historic Carlos III Bridge.
    • Church of the Virgin of Carmen: Stone and adobe temple built between 1673 and 1694. It is the home of the "Mamacha Carmen" (Patron Saint of the province crowned by John Paul II in 1985) and the epicenter of one of the largest festivities in Peru.
    • Chullpas de Ninamarka: An enigmatic set of 17 pre-Inca stone and mud funerary towers (up to 2.5 m high). From there you can see the valley of the Mapacho River, being a silent testimony of pre-Hispanic cultures.

    DAY 01

    Full Day: Sunrise in Tres Cruces, Paucartambo and Ninamarka

    10:00 PM - We leave from Cusco:
    We meet at the meeting point (Plaza Túpac Amaru) and board our tourist transportation to begin the night trip to the province of Paucartambo.

    12:00 AM - Brief stop in Paucartambo:
    We stop the vehicle to stretch our legs and adapt to the climate of the area before beginning the ascent towards the edge of the jungle.

    02:00 AM to 03:00 AM - Ascent to Tres Cruces:
    We continue our journey in the vehicle through the winding route that takes us to the highest point.

    04:00 AM to 05:00 AM - Sunrise in Tres Cruces de Oro!:
    Arrival at the viewpoint (3,700 meters above sea level). We will bundle up and wait for the unique spectacle of the solstice sun peeking out from behind the mountains and the sea of ​​clouds of Manu. To combat the intense cold, we will offer you hot coffee, infusions and the traditional Pan Chuta.

    09:30 AM - Breakfast in Paucartambo:
    We begin the descent in our transportation and return to the colonial town of Paucartambo to enjoy a well-deserved and restorative breakfast.

    10:30 AM to 12:00 PM - Exploration of Paucartambo:
    We will take a guided walk. We will visit the historic Church of the Virgen del Carmen, we will tour the Local Museum to understand the folklore of the area, and we will walk through its colorful cobblestone streets and the Carlos III Bridge.

    01:30 PM - Ninamarka Chullpas:
    Already on the return route, we will stop in the Ninamarka hills to explore this complex of pre-Inca funerary towers surrounded by an impressive natural environment.

    02:00 PM to 03:00 PM - Return to Cusco:
    We board the vehicle for our final leg, returning to the city of Cusco full of culture, stories and the memory of an unforgettable sunrise.
