The quote we provide will be valid once your booking is confirmed. From that point on, we will be available to answer any questions you may have about your vacation. Please note that our quotes do not include international flights to and from Peru. If you would like our assistance booking international or domestic flights within Peru, these must be paid for immediately to ensure the offer’s validity, as prices may change daily.
LLAMITAS TOUR OPERATOR reserves the right to cancel a program in the event of exceptional circumstances beyond our control, such as:
Force Majeure: Inability to operate the program due to unusual or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Examples include adverse weather conditions, strikes that prevent or jeopardize operations, or unforeseen inaccessibility of the route.
To guarantee the service, a 30% prepayment is required. This prepayment is refundable only if it does not exceed the penalties detailed below. The deposit is used to reserve space and secure entry to archaeological sites, hotel availability, bus tickets, and train tickets. If you change the date or cancel the service, the following penalties will automatically apply:
