Cusco 4-Day 3-Night Package: Machu Picchu and Humantay Lake

Upon arrival in Cusco, our team will welcome you to transfer you by private transportation to the hotel of your choice. In the morning (9:00 AM) or in the afternoon (1:00 PM), we will begin the City Tour. Accompanied by a professional guide, we will visit the Qoricancha (Temple of the Sun) and the Sacsayhuamán fortress. The tour ends by exploring the archaeological complexes of Qenqo, Puca Pucara and Tambomachay.

We will pick you up at your hotel at 4:00 a.m. heading to Ollantaytambo to board the tourist train to Aguas Calientes. After ascending by bus, we will begin a 2-hour guided tour of the main sectors of the Inca citadel (Main Square, Royal Quarters, Temple of the Three Windows). We will return by train in the afternoon, arriving at your hotel in Cusco at approximately 10:00 p.m.

We will pick you up at your hotel in Cusco between 4:00 and 4:30 a.m. to travel to Mollepata, where we will enjoy a complete buffet breakfast. Then we will continue to Soraypampa to begin the ascent hike towards the spectacular Humantay Lagoon (4,200 meters above sea level). We will have free time to contemplate the turquoise lake and the imposing glaciers of the snow-capped Salkantay. Later we will descend to Soraypampa and return to Mollepata for the buffet lunch, returning to the city of Cusco around 6:30 p.m.

After breakfast at the hotel, you will have free time to explore the center of Cusco, the San Pedro Market, the Sapantiana aqueduct or the Stone of the 12 Angles on your own. At the scheduled time, we will make the private transfer to the airport or land terminal for your return trip.
