Arrival, Transfer to the Hotel and City Tour in Cusco
Upon arrival in Cusco, our team will meet you at the airport to transfer you to the hotel of your choice. In the afternoon (or morning, depending on availability), we will begin the City Tour. Accompanied by a professional guide, we will visit the Qoricancha (Temple of the Sun) and the imposing fortress of Sacsayhuamán. We will continue towards the ceremonial centers and Inca surveillance posts of Qenqo, Puca Pucara and Tambomachay.
Full Day Machu Picchu by Train
We start at 4:00 a.m. with transfer from your hotel to Ollantaytambo station. We will board the panoramic train to Aguas Calientes, enjoying the beautiful landscapes of the Sacred Valley. Upon arrival, we will ascend by bus to the citadel of Machu Picchu for a 2-hour guided tour exploring its iconic sectors. In the afternoon, we will return by train and bus to your hotel in Cusco, arriving at approximately 10:00 p.m.
Trekking to the Mountain of 7 Colors (Vinicunca) and Departure Transfer
We pick you up between 4:00 and 4:30 a.m. to travel to Cusipata, where we will enjoy breakfast. We will begin a 1 hour and 50 minute walk to the top of Vinicunca (5,200 meters above sea level) to appreciate the Mountain of 7 Colors. After the descent, we will have a buffet lunch and return to Cusco (approximately 5:30 p.m.). Finally, at the agreed time, we will make the private transfer from your hotel to the Cusco airport for your return flight.
