🧥
Dress in Layers
Bring warm, windproof clothing. Mountain weather changes quickly; dress in layers so you can regulate your temperature during physical exertion.

Proper Footwear
The terrain is steep and rocky. It is essential to wear trekking shoes or boots with a good grip to prevent slipping.

Sun Protection
At over 4,000 meters, UV radiation is extreme. Use high SPF sunscreen, UV-blocking sunglasses, and a hat.
