During this half-day journey, you will learn about the diversity of local ingredients by visiting a traditional market in San Isidro, where you can observe and taste exotic Peruvian fruits like lucuma, tumbo, and aguaymanto.

Additionally, you will explore the fascinating world of cacao at the ChocoMuseo and participate in an interactive demonstration to prepare our flagship cocktail, the Pisco Sour, followed by the preparation of traditional Ceviche. The tour concludes with a delicious gastronomic lunch in Pueblo Libre, making it an ideal opportunity to dive into the culture and culinary traditions of the Peruvian capital.

Itinerary – Lima Gastronomic Tour

Hotel Pick-up in Miraflores
We will start the tour with a pick-up from your hotel in the Miraflores district to begin a delicious gastronomic experience through Lima.

We will learn about the origin of Peruvian cacao, its production process, and its importance in Peruvian gastronomy.

Visit a traditional market to learn about and taste exotic Peruvian fruits such as tumbo, aguaymanto, lucuma, and other seasonal varieties.

In a renowned restaurant in Pueblo Libre, we will participate in a demonstration of how to prepare the Pisco Sour, Peru’s flagship cocktail, and then taste it.
