We begin with hotel pickup in Miraflores to start a delicious gastronomic experience across Lima’s most iconic districts.

09:30 a.m.

Visit to ChocoMuseo

First stop at ChocoMuseo, where we learn about the origin of Peruvian cacao, its production process, chocolate derivatives and its role in Peruvian gastronomy.

10:30 a.m.

San Isidro Market Tour

Visit to the traditional San Isidro market to discover and taste exotic Peruvian fruits including tumbo, aguaymanto, lúcuma, kiwi and other seasonal varieties.

11:30 a.m.

Pisco Sour Demonstration

At a renowned restaurant in Pueblo Libre we participate in a Pisco Sour preparation demo — Peru’s signature cocktail — followed by tasting.

12:00 p.m.

Ceviche Preparation & Tasting

We watch the preparation of traditional Peruvian ceviche made with fresh fish, lime, chili and onion, then enjoy a tasting.

Gastronomic Lunch
